1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PEPTIGEN are strictly intended for legitimate scientific research and laboratory use only. By purchasing from PEPTIGEN, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional purchasing these products solely for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis, or other scientific purposes.

PEPTIGEN products are not approved for:

  • Human consumption or ingestion
  • Injection into humans or animals
  • Therapeutic, diagnostic, or treatment purposes
  • Prevention or cure of any disease or condition
  • Cosmetic use
  • Any non-research purpose

2. Regulatory Compliance

PEPTIGEN products have not been evaluated or approved by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory body for use in humans or animals. These products are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory use.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from PEPTIGEN. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Orders & Payment

PEPTIGEN accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed. Please use your order number as the payment reference to ensure prompt processing.

PEPTIGEN reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for proven non-research purposes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across South Africa. Standard Economy shipping (2–5 business days) is charged at R130. Orders over R2,500 qualify for free delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are only accepted in the event of a product defect or incorrect item being dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.

7. Limitation of Liability

PEPTIGEN shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the misuse, improper handling, or use of its products outside of legitimate scientific research. By purchasing from PEPTIGEN, you accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of all products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PEPTIGEN website, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of PEPTIGEN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

PEPTIGEN collects only the personal information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services). For more information, please contact us directly.
